As a Lead Product Manager (all genders), you take responsibility for a key product division and actively shape how our collections bring together brand identity, customer needs, commercial success, and responsibility. Together with Design, Merchandise Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing, you develop product strategies that strengthen our brand and enable sustainable growth.
With your strong sense for consumers, markets, assortments, and performance, you make decisions that go far beyond individual products. What is the job about?
You develop and own the product strategy as well as the commercial success of your division and manage assortments across all collections.
You lead and develop your team and collaborate closely with Design, Merchandise Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing.
You bring consumer insights, market understanding, and performance data into product decisions and manage forecasting, assortment planning, pricing, and margins.
You analyze performance across all channels, identify growth opportunities, and derive actionable measures.
You continuously evolve assortment architecture and product strategies while keeping a close eye on relevant market and consumer trends.We'd love to hear from you if you have
Several years of leadership experience in Product Management, Buying, Merchandising, or Category Management—ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with experience in developing successful product strategies.
Solid expertise in assortment planning, pricing, margins, forecasting, and product lifecycle management.
Experience in product development, sourcing, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Confidence in working across different sales channels, combined with strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience in menswear is a plus, but not a must.
