As Product Manager Menswear (all genders), you are responsible for the commercial and operational performance of your assigned product groups within Menswear. You translate strategic direction into relevant, sustainable, and commercially strong assortments and manage your categories across the full product lifecycle.

Working closely with Design, Merchandise Planning, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing, you help develop collections that reflect our brand DNA while supporting our business goals. You combine trend awareness, analytical thinking, and strong product understanding with a clear commitment to sustainability and quality. This role is a parental leave cover, fixed-term from July 15, 2026 or August 1, 2026 until November 15, 2027.

What is the job about?

Category Management & Product Strategy

You shape the seasonal direction of your Menswear categories, build product line plans, and bring market, trend, and consumer insights into your decisions.

Product Development & Execution

You manage product development from concept to final assortment confirmation, steer key milestones, and ensure accurate documentation in PLM and relevant systems.

Commercial & Performance Management

You work with Planning and Sales on forecasting, budgeting, and KPI analysis, turning performance data into actions that improve profitability and in-season trading.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You collaborate closely with Design, Supply Chain, Merchandise Planning, Sales, and Marketing and represent your categories in relevant meetings and workstreams.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

Professional

  • Degree or vocational training in Business, Fashion/Product Management, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within fashion or consumer goods
  • Ideally experience in Menswear, preferably across relevant categories such as Wovens, Knitwear, or similar product groups
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing full product lifecycles and working cross-functionally
  • Confident presentation and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel, project management tools, and PLM systems
  • Understanding of pricing, margin, forecasting, and trend development
  • Fluency in German and English

  • Team player who can bridge creative, commercial, and operational perspectives
