Want to make a difference?

As Quality Manager (all genders), you ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant legal and sustainability-related requirements.

You are responsible for reviewing, evaluating and continuously developing our quality standards along the entire value chain — from material testing to the finished product. In doing so, you combine regulatory expertise with a clear focus on processes, efficiency and product quality.

Your goal: uncompromising quality that strengthens our brand and consistently reflects our responsibility towards people and the planet.

Who we are...

Since 2007, we at ARMEDANGELS have been proving that fashion can be done differently: innovative and timeless, produced according to responsible standards for people and the planet. No wage slavery, no harmful chemicals, no cheap mass production.

What started as a simple idea — printing T-shirts and using the proceeds to raise funds for projects and organisations — has grown into a company that is now one of Europe’s largest more sustainable lifestyle labels.

With a team of 190 people and four collections per year, we at ARMEDANGELS show that responsibility and great product design are not mutually exclusive.

What is the job about?

You ensure the compliance and continuous development of our quality standards along the entire supply chain.

You define and optimise testing, approval and quality assurance processes, taking regulatory requirements into account.

You manage physical and chemical tests, work closely with international testing laboratories and suppliers, and prioritise all testing processes.

You analyse test results, identify quality risks and derive sustainable measures to ensure product quality.

You ensure compliance with legal requirements, such as REACH and TKVO, as well as relevant certification standards, such as GOTS.

You work closely with internal teams such as Design, Product and Supply Chain and coordinate communication with external partners.

You drive the continuous improvement and digitalisation of quality processes and systems.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

A completed degree in chemistry, textile technology, quality management or a comparable qualification.

Several years of experience in quality management within the textile industry.

Sound knowledge of chemical regulations, such as REACH and TKVO, as well as relevant textile certifications, such as GOTS.

Experience working with testing laboratories, suppliers and international partners.

Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and a strong awareness of quality.

Very good MS Office skills as well as fluent German and English skills.

What can you expect?

Inspiring work environment: Work in an innovative company that operates as sustainably as possible and continuously sets new standards.

Flexibility: Trust-based working hours and the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup.

Team spirit: Look forward to amazing celebrations with great colleagues, an office full of history and a love for dogs, who are warmly welcome in the office.

Benefits: €50 monthly non-cash benefit via guudcard, shopping vouchers for ARMEDANGELS, great employee discounts, JobRad and/or Deutschlandticket, as well as a company pension scheme.

Support: Our Employee Assistance Program offers confidential support and guidance in all life situations, independently from the employer.

Come as you are: No dress code — just come as you are. Clothes are, of course, required.
