Als Data Engineer (all genders) stellst Du sicher, dass unsere Daten nicht nur verfügbar, sondern strukturiert, verlässlich und strategisch nutzbar sind. Du modellierst und integrierst Rohdaten in unser Data Warehouse, entwickelst bestehende Schnittstellen weiter und bindest neue Systeme sauber in unsere Systemlandschaft ein.

Gemeinsam mit Kolleg*innen aus IT, Finance und E-Commerce schaffst Du die Grundlage für datenbasierte Entscheidungen und treibst unsere BI-Landschaft im Rahmen der Digitalisierungsstrategie aktiv voran.

Mit diesen Aufgaben trägst Du zum Erfolg bei

Du modellierst und integrierst Rohdaten in unser Data Warehouse und entwickelst unsere Datenarchitektur kontinuierlich weiter.
Du verantwortest die Anpassung und Verwaltung von Schnittstellen zwischen PLM, ERP, Webshop und Finanzbuchhaltung.
Du integrierst neue Systeme in bestehende Prozesse und stellst eine saubere, skalierbare Datenanbindung sicher.
Du entwickelst und betreibst eine hochverfügbare, reproduzierbare Laufzeitumgebung für Integrationsjobs.
Du analysierst Datenqualitätsprobleme, identifizierst Ursachen und implementierst nachhaltige Lösungen.
Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholder*innen aus IT, E-Commerce, Finance und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Integration, Data Engineering oder in einer vergleichbaren Position.
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SQL-Datenbanken sowie Erfahrung in der Datenmodellierung.
Erfahrung mit Data-Visualization-Tools (idealerweise Looker) und Workflow-Management-Tools wie Airflow.
Fundiertes Verständnis für Schnittstellenarchitekturen, ETL-/ELT-Prozesse und Systemintegration.
Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Begeisterung für datengetriebene Lösungen.
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

As a Data Engineer (all genders), you ensure that our data is not only available but also structured, reliable, and strategically usable. You model and integrate raw data into our data warehouse, further develop existing interfaces, and seamlessly integrate new systems into our system landscape.

Working closely with colleagues from IT, Finance, and E-Commerce, you create the foundation for data-driven decision-making and actively drive the development of our BI landscape as part of our digitalization strategy.

What is the job about?

You model and integrate raw data into our data warehouse and continuously develop our data architecture.
You manage and maintain interfaces between PLM, ERP, webshop, and financial accounting systems.
You integrate new systems into existing processes and ensure clean and scalable data connectivity.
You develop and operate a highly available and reproducible runtime environment for integration jobs.
You analyze data quality issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from IT, E-Commerce, Finance, and other departments.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

Several years of professional experience in Data Integration, Data Engineering, or a comparable role.
Strong expertise in SQL databases and experience with data modeling.
Experience with data visualization tools (ideally Looker) and workflow management tools such as Airflow.
Solid understanding of interface architectures, ETL/ELT processes, and system integration.
Analytical mindset, structured way of working, and enthusiasm for data-driven solutions.
Fluency in German and English.
