Head of Buying (all genders)

As Head of Buying (all genders), you will take ownership of our global buying strategy and lead a team that plays a key role in bringing sustainable fashion to life. Working closely with Design, Merchandising, Logistics and Finance, you will ensure that our collections are commercially successful, responsibly sourced and available on time.

• Shape and further develop our global buying strategy in line with our overall business objectives.
• Lead, coach and develop our Buying team while creating an environment where people are empowered to take ownership and grow.
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with our suppliers and lead negotiations based on trust, transparency and collaboration.
• Work closely with Design, Merchandising, Logistics and Finance to ensure excellent collection planning and product availability.
• Analyse relevant KPIs, identify opportunities and continuously improve our buying processes.
• Stay ahead of market developments, material innovations and sourcing trends, translating insights into future-proof buying strategies.
• Ensure our high sustainability and quality standards are consistently upheld throughout the entire supply chain.

• Several years of leadership experience in Buying or Procurement, ideally within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Proven experience in building and developing strategic supplier partnerships.
• Strong understanding of buying, sourcing and supply chain processes.
• An analytical mindset combined with commercial thinking.
• An inspiring and appreciative leadership style with a hands-on mentality.
• A genuine passion for sustainable fashion and the ambition to drive positive change.
