What started as a simple idea — printing T-shirts and donating proceeds to projects and organizations — has grown into one of Europe’s leading sustainable lifestyle labels.

With a team of around 185 people and four collections per year, we show that responsibility and great product design are not mutually exclusive.

• You plan and coordinate photo productions from A to Z — including timelines, locations, equipment, and resources.

• You manage budgets, negotiate with external service providers, and keep track of costs, contracts, and guidelines.

• You organize and support productions on set, ensuring smooth operations — even when plans change at short notice.

• You are responsible for the technical quality of image assets, coordinate retouching processes, and ensure correct implementation in the online shop.

• You work closely with Marketing, Product, and E-Commerce to align image productions with campaigns, launches, and samples.

• You keep processes, timelines, budgets, and invoices well documented and continuously improve workflows.

• Initial professional experience in photo or media production, ideally in an agency or in-house environment.

• A solid understanding of fashion photography and creative production processes.

• Experience in project coordination, budget planning, and vendor management with external partners and freelancers.

• Strong Excel skills.

• A structured, solution-oriented working style and the ability to stay on top of things under time pressure.

• Very good communication and organizational skills, with a passion for cross-functional collaboration.

• A strong sense of quality, a hands-on mindset, and genuine interest in sustainable and responsible production.
