Keine Lohnsklaverei, keine schädlichen Chemikalien, keine billige Massenware. Aus der einfachen Idee, T-Shirts zu bedrucken und über den Verkauf Spendengelder für Projekte und Organisationen zu sammeln, ist ein Unternehmen gewachsen, das heute zu den größten Nachhaltigeren Lifestyle Labels Europas zählt. Mit einem 160-köpfigen Team und vier Kollektionen im Jahr zeigen wir bei ARMEDANGELS, dass sich Verantwortung und gutes Produktdesign nicht ausschließen.

Mit diesen Aufgaben trägst Du zum Erfolg bei

Content-Management: Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Beiträgen für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
Community-Management: Beantwortung von Kommentaren und Nachrichten sowie aktive Interaktion mit unserer Community.
Trend-Analysen: Identifizierung aktueller Social-Media-Trends und Ableitung relevanter Maßnahmen.
Performance-Analyse: Unterstützung bei der Auswertung von Kampagnen und Erstellung von Social-Media-Reports.
Plattform-Management: Betreuung unserer Pinterest-Seite inklusive Planung und Posting.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Du bist noch mindestens ein Jahr an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben (idealerweise im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Medienwissenschaften o. Ä.) und kannst uns ab sofort mit 20 Stunden in der Woche unterstützen.
Sehr viel Spaß an Social Media, vor allem an Instagram und TikTok, und idealerweise hast du bereits selbst Content für deine eigenen Kanäle erstellt.
Tiefes Wissen über Social-Media-Trends, ein Verständnis für Fashion und ein gutes Gespür für Ästhetik.
Du folgst den richtigen Influencer*nnen und verstehst, wie sie ihre Community begeistern.
Kreativität, Kommunikationsstärke und ein gutes Auge für Markenkommunikation.
Organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
Interesse an nachhaltiger Mode und unseren Markenwerten.

What started as a simple idea to print T-shirts and donate profits to charitable projects has grown into one of Europe’s largest sustainable lifestyle brands. With a team of 160 people and four collections per year, we demonstrate that responsibility and great product design are not mutually exclusive.

What is the job about?

- Content Management: Planning, creating, and publishing content for our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn).

- Community Management: Responding to comments and messages while actively engaging with our community.

- Trend Analysis: Identifying current social media trends and translating them into relevant actions.

- Performance Analysis: Supporting the evaluation of campaigns and helping to create social media reports.

- Platform Management: Managing our Pinterest page, including content planning and posting.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

- You are enrolled at a university for at least one more year (ideally in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field) and are available to support us with 20 hours per week starting as soon as possible.

- You have a strong passion for social media, especially Instagram and TikTok, and ideally already have experience creating content for your own channels.

- You have a deep understanding of social media trends, a strong interest in fashion, and a good sense of aesthetics.

- You follow the right influencers and understand how they inspire and engage their communities.

- You bring creativity, strong communication skills, and a good eye for brand communication.

- You work in a structured and organized way.

- You are interested in sustainable fashion and our brand values.
