Als Designer*in für Jersey & Sweat (Men) sowie Accessories (Unisex) entwickelst du saisonale Kollektionen in deinen Kategorien und übersetzt die Creative Direction in relevante, nachhaltige Designs. Du arbeitest eng mit Product Management, Garment Tech, Quality und Supply Chain zusammen – von Moodboards und Materialauswahl bis zur technischen Übergabe. Dein Ziel: stimmige, hochwertige Kollektionen, die unsere Brand-Ästhetik, Nachhaltigkeitsansprüche und kommerziellen Ziele zusammenbringen.

Seasonal Design & Direction

Umsetzung der saisonalen Creative Direction für Men Jersey & Sweat sowie Unisex Accessories
Erstellung von Moodboards, Trend-/Market-Checks und Kategorie-Inspiration
Ableitung von Konzepten gemäß Briefing, Sustainability-Zielen und Preislage
Einhaltung von Timelines und Design-Meilensteinen

Product Development & Handover

Skizzen/Designs ausarbeiten und handover-ready für Tech/Produktion aufbereiten
Pflege von Design-Files und BOMs im PLM
Auswahl von Stoffen, Trims und Finishes (Kosten, Qualität, Sustainability)
Unterstützung von NOS-, Fashion- und Capsule-Styles in deinen Kategorien

Sampling & Collaboration

Abstimmung mit Lieferanten zur Musterentwicklung und Sample-Kommentierung
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Tech & PM für Passform, Machbarkeit und Timing
Sicherstellung von sauberer Dokumentation sowie Sample/Swatch-Tracking
Input für Storytelling/Visuals rund um deine Kategorien

Teamwork & Sustainable Design Culture

Beitrag zu Team-Ideations, Trend-Sessions und Inspiration Sharing

Das solltest Du mitbringen

3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Fashion Design oder in der Produktentwicklung (idealerweise Jersey/Sweat und/oder Accessories)
Sehr sicher in Adobe Creative Suite, Erfahrung mit CLO oder ähnlichen 3D-Tools von Vorteil; PLM-Kenntnisse hilfreich
Starkes Gespür für Silhouette, Farbe, Materialität, Details und nachhaltige Materialien
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gutes Stakeholder-Management, starke Teamkollaboration
Studium im Bereich Modedesign oder vergleichbar
Leidenschaft für nachhaltige Fashion und markenkonforme Kreativität

As a Designer for Jersey & Sweat (Men) and Accessories (Unisex), you develop seasonal collections within your categories and translate the creative direction into relevant, sustainable designs. You work closely with Product Management, Garment Tech, Quality, and Supply Chain — from mood boards and material selection through to technical handover. What is the job about?

Seasonal Design & Direction

Execute the seasonal creative direction for Men Jersey & Sweat and Unisex Accessories
Create mood boards, trend and market checks, and category inspiration
Translate briefs into concepts aligned with sustainability goals and target price points
Ensure adherence to timelines and design milestones

Product Development & Handover

Develop sketches/designs and prepare handover-ready packages for Tech and Production
Maintain design files and BOMs in the PLM system
Select fabrics, trims, and finishes balancing cost, quality, and sustainability
Support NOS, fashion, and capsule styles within your categories

Sampling & Collaboration

Coordinate with suppliers on sample development and provide sample comments
Work closely with Tech and Product Management on fit, feasibility, and timing
Ensure accurate documentation and sample/swatch tracking
Contribute input to storytelling and visual materials for your categories

Teamwork & Sustainable Design Culture

Contribute to team ideation, trend sessions, and inspiration sharing
Help advance sustainable design solutions within the categories
Collaborate openly and share knowledge, including supporting junior team members

We'd love to hear from you if you have

3–5 years of experience in fashion design or product development, ideally within Jersey/Sweat and/or Accessories
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with CLO (or similar 3D tools) is a plus; PLM knowledge is beneficial
Strong eye for silhouette, color, materiality, detailing, and sustainable materials
Structured and reliable working style, solid stakeholder management, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Degree in Fashion Design or a comparable field
Passion for sustainable fashion and brand-aligned creativity
