Mit diesen Aufgaben trägst Du zum Erfolg bei

Als Junior Produktmanager Menswear (m/w/d) bist Du maßgeblich an der Linienplanung, Produktentwicklung und Entscheidungsfindung unserer Herrenkollektion beteiligt. Dies umfasst folgende Aufgaben:

Du treibst die Herrenkollektion voran, um Umsatz- und Strategieziele zu erreichen, und stärkst die Abteilung.
Du wählst die Kollektion aktiv aus und bearbeitest sie, um sie mit den strategischen Anforderungen abzustimmen.
Du führst Verhandlungen über FOB-Preise mit unseren Lieferanten, um die Rentabilität zu maximieren.
Du bist ein Teamplayer, der eng mit Design-, Stoff- und Kleidungstechnikteams zusammenarbeitet, um die saisonalen Kollektionen umzusetzen.
Du präsentierst die finalen Kollektionen und unterstützt die Vertriebskanäle und Marketingteams bei der Produktkenntnis.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

Du verfügst über einen Abschluss in Mode- oder Produktmanagement oder einem ähnlichen Bereich und hast idealerweise bereits einige berufliche Erfahrungen im Produktmanagement gesammelt, vorzugsweise in der Modebranche.
Du bist absolut trendbewusst und kannst die ARMEDANGELS-Philosophie im Produkt sichtbar und greifbar machen.
Auch in stressigen Phasen mit hohem Zeitdruck bewahrst du einen kühlen Kopf und bist bestrebt, Prozesse und Produkte zu optimieren.
Du kommunizierst auf Augenhöhe mit Stakeholdern, Kunden, Geschäftspartnern, Mitarbeitern und Kollegen und pflegst dabei ein hohes Maß an Vertrauen und Respekt.
Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend.

What is the job about?

As a Junior Product Manager (f/m/d) you will support our Product Management Menswear team in the target-group-oriented and timely development and implementation of our four men's collections per year.

You will help with analyses based on sales, pre-orders, returns and complaint rates, "runners and bums" and will be responsible for adhering to the collection framework plans.
You use trend and market observations to identify and understand the needs of our target customers.
Based on our ARMEDANGELS philosophy, you evaluate and integrate new product, fit or fabric ideas with the help of the product team.
You support the calculation of margins, define product prices accordingly, manage and plan budget and costs.
You will contribute to our overall strategy and sales forecasts by regularly reporting on your product group to the Senior Product Manager.

You have a degree in fashion management, product management or similar and also have some professional experience in product management, ideally in the fashion industry.
You are absolutely trend-savvy and can make the ARMEDANGELS philosophy visible and tangible in the product,
You keep a cool head even in stressful phases with high deadline pressure and are driven by the desire to optimize processes and products.
You communicate with stakeholders, customers, business partners, employees and colleagues at eye level and with a high level of trust and respect.
You are fluent in German and English.
